lyrics

The Patriarch:
My children! As you work this soil, remember: keep the Lord in your heart and your mind away from thoughts of sin. Likewise, you must be vigilant to the moral purity of your neighbour. Like the rotten apple can cause others in the batch to wither and decay, a sinner in our midst will spread moral decay and sickness. The Lord in his greatness protects us from the poison in these lands, but only if we keep ourselves clean of wrong-doing. If you know of sinful thoughts or actions from your neighbour, it is your duty, not just to the Lord but to yourselves and the safety of your brothers and sisters, to inform me so I can purge this immorality.
